"[IT’S OFFICIAL!] Xpress AT1S Tub-Chassis Shaft-Drive Edition Crushes Debut Race with TQ & A1 Despite a 250g Handicap!
The rumors are true! For a while now, the RC community has been buzzing about a « Tub-Chassis Shaft-Drive » version of the AT1S. Today, the Xpress team is thrilled to confirm that this is not a rumor—we are officially developing this brand-new machine, and it has already entered its final track-testing phase!
To get the most authentic performance data, we haven’t just been grinding laps at local Hong Kong tracks. We threw the car straight into the fire by entering its very first race: the Siu Hung Cup Tub-Chassis Race!
For Round 1 of the event, our master driver, Chau Man, brought out the AT1S tub-chassis prototype. However, a major challenge awaited him: race regulations required all factory-sponsored drivers to add a whopping +250g of ballast weight to their cars to keep the competition fierce. Any 1/10 touring car racer knows that adding 250g is a massive handicap (just look at the photo to see how many lead weights we had to stick on!).
【Overcoming the Odds with Pure Performance】
Even though Chau Man’s car was carrying 250g more than the competition, the car’s superb baseline geometry and Chau Man’s stellar driving shined through. He dominated the field, bringing home both TQ & A1 (Overall Champion) for the first round! 
【When Is the Release Date?】
With track testing wrapping up, our engineering team is making one final round of optimizations before moving to mass production. We estimate the car will hit the market in about 3 to 4 months.
Why the wait?
Because our production lines are currently operating at maximum capacity to manufacture a completely new, unannounced Xpress chassis series! We will be making the official announcement early next month.
